Before You Apply

This is a remote position supporting US-based property management companies. To ensure you can perform effectively from day one, please confirm you have the following:

Laptop or Desktop Computer A phone or tablet is not sufficient. You will need a computer to access property management systems (Propertyware, AppFolio, RingCentral, etc.).
Reliable Internet Connection Minimum 5 Mbps download, 2 Mbps upload, and under 500ms ping. You'll verify this during the application process.
Headset with Microphone Required for call center operations and client communication. A USB or Bluetooth headset with a quality microphone is recommended.
Webcam For video interviews, training sessions, and team meetings. A built-in laptop camera is fine.
WhatsApp Our primary team communication channel. You'll need an active WhatsApp account with a reachable phone number.
Fluent in English and Spanish You must be able to communicate professionally in both languages. You'll demonstrate this during the application.
Bachelor's Degree Minimum educational requirement for all NDA positions.
Quiet Workspace A dedicated, quiet area for professional calls and focused work. Background noise during client calls is not acceptable.
